"Smile, It's Your Birthday" Layout

Hi there!
Today Paper Secrets is revealing it's 2nd sketch challenge for May and the twist is the word:
GARDEN
Below is my take on the challenge using the following items:
G - Green ~ A - Authentique "Suave" Collection ~ R- Recollections "Chevron" Punch
D - Date Stamp (CTMH) ~ E - Enamel Dots ~ N - Number (5)

    1. Thank you Lisa!!! You would not believe it, but I added four pop dots to a clear stamp holder and adhere it to the top of and old burner cover that my brother had, used a sponge applicator and added acrylic paint around the edge and "stamped" the circle onto my page....LOL! I got the idea from Rochelle Spears who told me to find an old plate and paint the edges, but did not have any but found a set of old burner covers which are part of my paint and misting stash now.

    2. HOW CREATIVE!!!! I thought it looked like you dipped the edges of a plate in paint! I love it, I hope you don't mind if I "borrow" that awesome idea someday! How fun, it is a very unique look!
